1. Overview
We want you to feel confident when booking our services. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for consultations, assessments, and care management packages provided by RTE Complex Care Solutions Limited.
2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
- More than 48 hours’ notice: Full refund issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days.
- 24 to 48 hours’ notice: A 25% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 75% is refunded.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining 50% is refunded.
- No-show: No refund is issued for missed appointments without prior notice.
3. Free Rescheduling
You may reschedule any appointment free of charge provided you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. To reschedule, please call 07425 369 737 or email rtecomplexcare@hotmail.com.
4. Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days of cancellation confirmation. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds are not available for services that have already been fully delivered, or for bespoke reports that have already been issued. If you are dissatisfied with a completed service, please contact us to discuss a partial credit or remedial action.
