2. Service Description
We provide professional health management and complex care services, including care planning, assessments, and ongoing case management. All services are tailored to the individual needs of the client and are subject to an initial consultation.
3. Booking and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major debit/credit cards.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is permitted free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
5. Service Limitations
Our services are non-medical unless specifically agreed otherwise in a written care plan. We do not provide emergency medical treatment. In an emergency, clients should contact the appropriate emergency services.
6. Liability and Insurance
We maintain professional liability insurance appropriate to the services we provide. Our liability is limited to the value of the service contract and does not cover indirect or consequential losses.
7. Complaints Procedure
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and provide a full response within 20 working days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
